Tri-swim sessions are beneficial to swimmers who want to improve their swimming stroke, especially for competitions.
Aquafit sessions are beneficial for all-round body fitness.
Swim-fit: Exercise cards are freely available on Pool-side. The swimming exercises help to improve your cardio fitness in your own time.
